Let us Design a Custom Collection Approach

Once we have agreed on the contractual arrangement we will meet with your revenue cycle or business office staff to discuss how and when accounts will be turned over and processed. We would prefer to receive the accounts as soon as it appears to be headed to non-payment, but no later than 90 days old. We will explain our normal processes to your staff, and fine tune our work or conform to their request. As an example one client allows us to offer discounts for payment in full; others do not want discounts on co-pays or deductibles; another client gets certain month end reports. After we have been on the account for three months we will come on-site again to review monthly reports, discuss areas where we see opportunity or problems and fine tune the cycle again with your staff.
